Privacy Policy

VOIDDL is built to collect the minimum data needed to authenticate accounts, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Data we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address, email verification status, display name, and profile image if Google provides it.

When you use the app, we may process submitted URLs, request metadata, API keys, quota counters, basic device and browser information, IP address, and security events needed to run and protect the service.

How we use data

We use account data to create your account, keep you signed in, enforce rate limits, show your dashboard, and protect the service from spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.

Submitted URLs are used to fulfill the extraction request you make. We do not use Google user data for ads, profiling, or resale.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to host, secure, monitor, and operate VOIDDL, or when legally required.

Google user data is not sold, rented, or transferred to unrelated third parties.

Retention and deletion

Account records, API keys, quota records, and security logs are retained only as long as needed for service operation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or account recovery.

You can request account deletion or data access by emailing support@voiddl.app from the email address tied to your account.

Security

Sessions are protected with secure HTTP-only cookies in production. Passwords, when present on older accounts, are stored using one-way hashing.

No internet service is risk-free, but VOIDDL keeps the data footprint intentionally small to reduce exposure.
